These are the terms on which we sell all goods to you and will apply to any contract between us for the sale of goods to you (Contract). By ordering any of the goods, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. You can only purchase the goods from this Website (www.aminaca.com) if you are eligible to enter into a Contract and at least 18 years old.
Some goods may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to photography techniques. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our Goods that appear at the Website. However we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
All goods on our Website are subject to availability.
Your privacy is critical to us. We respect your privacy and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation with regard to your personal information.
We may contact you by using e-mail. Please make sure you provide us correct e-mail address.
When an order has been submitted on the Website, we can reject it for any reason, although we will try to tell you the reason without delay.
Our order process allow you to check and amend any errors before submitting the order. Please take the time to read and check your order at each step of the order process.
A Contract will be formed for the sale of goods ordered only when you receive Order Confirmation e-mail from us.
You must pay by submitting your credit or debit card details or using PayPall with your order.
Our UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed and takes 2-3 working days. This service is fully tracked and insured, and a signature is required on delivery.
Our Ireland orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service and takes 3-5 working days. This service is fully tracked and insured, and a signature is required on delivery.
We will accept returns of goods (excluding earrings or other jewellery for piercings) within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. You must return to our business premises the goods in unworn and undamaged condition, with all their tags attached, in the original packaging and with the dispatch note at your own expense.
Please note we do not accept returns on earrings or other jewellery for piercings due to hygiene (unless faulty).
You can cancel the Contract by telling us no later than 14 calendar days from the day Contract was entered into. The easiest way to do this is to send us e-mail at , please include details of your order. After a period of 14 calendar days the goods cannot be returned.
If you cancel your Contract we will refund you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery not later then 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.
Please Note the Contract is governed by the law of England.
Disputes can be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England. We try to avoid any dispute. If a dispute occurs customers should contact us by e-mail to find a solution.
